I origianlly used this page as a Half Marathon motivation and information tool. Over the past few months, it has transformed itself into a page that deals with yoga, running, and living a healthy life style.
I began studying yoga when i was about 7 years old. I mostly studied Hatha yoga. I began running in middle school. Over the years, both of these wonderful things slipped from my life. I am now back to living a healthy life in every possible way.
